Email support
Tell us your iPhone model and what you were checking.
Restore Pro
Open NameSweep, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the Apple ID you bought with. Family members get Pro through Family Sharing automatically.
Ask for a refund
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
Only if you made one: Settings, then Delete account. It's permanent. Your purchase stays with your Apple ID.
Your data
Sweeps are stored only on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy for exactly what is sent where.
Troubleshooting
Why does a result say Verify?+
Some sites, Facebook in particular, show their pages only to signed-in visitors, so NameSweep can't tell for sure. Tap the result and open the page to check it yourself.
A handle says "Not allowed here"+
That platform doesn't accept the characters or length in this variant (X doesn't allow hyphens, for example). Try another variant chip from your sweep.
GitHub results say Rate limited+
GitHub allows a limited number of anonymous checks per hour. Wait a while, or add a personal GitHub token in Settings to raise the limit. The token stays in your iPhone's Keychain.
A result looks wrong+
Tap it and choose Re-check now. If it's still wrong, email us the name and the platform so we can fix the check.
